Boyd's 17 + years of experience in business management and real estate investing has positioned him for the role of Investor Relations.

Boyd began his real estate career in 2005. He knew that real estate was profitable, but also recognized that single family was a slow path to financial freedom that lacked scalability.

He naturally gravitated towards apartment investing after realizing how it could build generational wealth not just for himself, but also for his friends and extended family.

Boyd shows both new and seasoned investors how they can take advantage of stable, risk-adjusted returns and achieve financial freedom through the vehicle of multifamily investing.

As Lead Acquisitions Manager, Ciaara's role is to build meaningful relationships with apartment owners and real estate industry professionals. She uses her real estate and financial background to significantly reduce risk and identify the best opportunities for her investors.

Ciaara's organization skills and attention to detail allow her to not only locate and analyze potential properties, but also to manage current assets by ensuring we are on track with the property's business plan.

Ciaara brings her management experience from the financial services industry, including mortgage lending and banking. Her love of numbers and understanding of people combine to make the perfect role for her as Lead Acquisitions Manager.
